Personalities, Proprietors and Policy makers set to inspire Australian Hospitality Conference

20th July, 2012

The high profile lineup of presenters at the Australian Hospitality Conference, to be staged at Hobart’s Wrest Point, 3 to 5 September 2012, is becoming increasingly impressive every week.

Popular TV chef, Simon Bryant, is a personality well known to Australians, thanks to his hit ABC program, The Cook & the Chef.  Simon has co-hosted the show with South Australian food icon, Maggie Beer, for the past four years, attracting more than 600,000 viewers nationally every week.

Simon will conduct two dynamic workshops at the Australian Hospitality Conference, with themes of “Secret Ingredients: How to make your restaurant more profitable” and “Local Love: The value of local produce and the 100 mile diet”.
Conference delegates will hear from a range of other personalities and high achievers in hospitality and tourism (stay tuned for updates in the weeks ahead), plus key executives and policy makers who shape the industry.

Federal Minister for Tourism, Hon Martin Ferguson MP, will present a keynote address, along with Tasmanian Premier, Hon Lara Giddings MP, and the host State’s Minister for Hospitality and Tourism, Hon Scott Bacon MP.

Full delegate registration for this landmark national event is only $880 and fantastic industry rates have been negotiated at the official conference hotels. With just 44 days until the conference, register online today!
